Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove drive for electrically adjustable door mirror







Open door window.
Turn door mirror (1) upwards and release screw (2).
Unclip cover (3) and remove.
9AZ Housing for rearview mirror to carrier 1.1 Nm







Installation:
Catches (1) of cover (2) must not be damaged.







Release screws (1).
9AZ Housing for rearview mirror to carrier 1.1 Nm







Removing housing:
- Lever out catches (1)
- Lever housing out of mirror base (2)
- Feed housing out of carrier plate (3) and remove







Installation:
Following parts on housing (4) must not be damaged or missing:

Check function.
