SUBJECT
Wiper Function is Intermittent

MODEL
E85 (Z4) Vehicles produced September 2002 to April 2005.

SITUATION

The customer complains that the wipers do not work, or work intermittently.

CAUSE

Faulty wiper relay (K36).

CORRECTION

Replace the wiper relay (K36) located in fuse panel position R1 behind glove box. Use the new part number listed below.
