Front Seat Cover Retainer is Loose

SITUATION





The seat cover retainer (1) located on the bottom of the front seats may come loose.

This can cause the seat cover to loosen.

PROCEDURE

Note:
The following procedure can be performed with the seat installed in the vehicle.





Note:
This illustration shows the underside of the front seat.

Pull the center portion of the seat cover retainer (1) off of the seat frame.

Install 2 retaining clips (2) onto the bottom lip of the seat frame, approximately 240 mm (dimension A) across from each other.

Reinstall the retainer onto the seat frame.
