51 16 ... - Removing and installing storage trays (drawers) on function carrier





Removing top storage tray (drawer) from function carrier:
Version with cordless keypad handset (telephone):
If necessary, remove eject box (cordless keypad handset) Removing and Installing/Replacing Eject Box (Cordless Keypad Handset).





Version without telephone:
Unlock and open storage tray (drawer).

Important!
Cover decorative strip with a protective cover (1) to prevent scratching.

Detach drawer (4) from function carrier as follows:
- With a 1 mm feeler gauge (2)

- Release lock (3) by turning

- Pull storage tray towards rear out of function carrier and set down on protective cover (1)





Note:
A hand mirror (4) will be required for viewing.

Installation Note:
Springs (1) must be correctly connected in mountings (2).
Catch (3) must not be damaged.





Removing bottom storage tray (drawer) from function carrier:

Important!
Cover decorative strip with a protective cover (1) to prevent scratching.

Lever insert (2) in direction of arrow out of storage tray (3).





Installation Note:
Following parts of insert (3) must not be damaged:
1 - Guides

2 - Catches





Press lock (1) downwards and pull out storage tray (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation Note:
Lock (1) must not be damaged.





Note:
A hand mirror (2) will be required for viewing.

Installation Note:
Spring (1) must be correctly connected in mounting (2).





Installation Note:
Following parts of storage tray (4) must not be damaged:
1 - Catch

2 - Stop

3 - Damper
