Fan Control Module IHS/IHKS

From terminal 15 ON, the blower is activated corresponding to the selected blower stage. Blower activation takes place in linear form from 0 to 8 Volt. The IHS/IHKS is switched off in the blower zero position.

The following operating statuses apply with the blower set to zero position
- Blower switched off
- Fresh air/recirculating air flap closed
- Temperature mixing flap closed (to ensure the heat exchanger does not unnecessarily heat up the heater/air conditioner)
- Rear window defroster not switched off (can be activated)
- Compressor switched off (IHKS)
