SITUATION
The customer states that the center vent grille thumbwheel is inoperative and/or the center vent rattles.
CAUSE
Poor manufacturing of the fresh air grille center
PROCEDURE
Replace the center vent grille assembly as per Repair Manual instructions RA 64 22 162.
