Fault description
O2 Sensor Reference Voltage Circuit/Open (Bank 2 Sensor
1)

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
No fault memories logged
- Engine warmed to normal operating temperature
Terminal condition: Engine must be running

Condition for fault memory entry
O2 sensor temperature too low and sensor signal implausible

Action in service
1. Visual inspection of wires, DME plug and oxygen sensor
for damage
2. Inspect wiring
3. Check plug-in connections linking DME <=> Wiring
harness <=> Check Bank 2 precat oxygen sensor
4. Replace oxygen sensor
5. Replace DME
