Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove trim panel for roof pillar (D-pillar) Removing and Installing/Replacing Trim Panel For Rear Roof Pillar (D-Pillar From 03/06), Left or Right (Automatic Rear Lid)





Disconnect plug connection (1).
Release screws (2) and feed out auto-remote opener (3) in inward direction.
