Do not wash off coating
First pass: Jointing torque 30 Nm
Second pass: Torque angle 90°
Final pass: Torque angle 90°

Machining limit 132.7 ± 0.07 mm



Maximum plane deviation: longitudinal 0.10 mm.
Maximum plane deviation: transversal 0.05 mm.

M7 15 Nm
M6 10 Nm

11 31 1AZ Camshaft bearing cap nuts (N62/N62TU)
Tighten down nuts from inside to outside
M6 10 Nm
M7 14 Nm
M7-8.8 15 Nm

11 36 16AZ Variable camshaft control adjustment unit to camshaft (N62/N62TU)
M10 X 1 Replace bolts 80 Nm

11 62 1AZ Exhaust manifold to cylinder head
Replace nuts
Coat screw connections with CRC copper paste
M6 10 Nm
M7 15 Nm
M8 23 Nm
