52 25 059 - Removing and installing/replacing valve housing for lumbar cushion





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear seat Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Rear Seat.





Release screw (1).

Installation:
Install valve housing (2):

- Left seat - outer retaining point
- Right seat - inner retaining point

Disconnect plug connection (3).

Disconnect air hoses (4) and (5) from valve housing.

Note:
Heat air hoses gently if they are firmly seated on valve housing.

Housing of valve block must not be unclipped (leakage). If necessary, release mounting and clip housing together.

Installation:
Make sure air hoses (5) are correctly connected to valve block (color coding).

Air hoses must be laid without kinks.

Install valve housing (2).
