24 34 ... - Manually unlocking transmission lock





For various tasks, it is necessary to unlock and lock the transmission lock.
This can be done from inside or underneath the car.





From inside car:
- Refer to Owner's Manual "Manually unlocking transmission lock"





Underneath car:
- Remove underbody panelling Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Underbody Panelling
Unlocking:
- Press lever (1) towards rear.
Clamp lever firmly if permanently unlocking is desired.
Locking:
- Release lever (1) or release clamping
