Repair instruction for 'noises at the dashboard'

If it was not possible to localize the noise on the basis of the test module without removing the dashboard and there was no other possibility to find the defect cause, proceed as follows. Remove the dashboard and check the correct number and location of the felt strips against the illustrations. Missing or incorrectly attached felt strips must be correctly attached before assembly of the dashboard.
















The felt must be bonded over the embossed marking on the corner of the mounting.
