Plate, Drive Cable

Plate For Drive Cable

Information on check procedure
Open the front glass panel.

Move the plate for the drive cable to and fro by hand and check whether the plate can be moved easily.

If the plate cannot be moved, disengage the spring on the plate (see arrow) and check again whether the plate for the drive cable can be moved by hand.

IMPORTANT: A few millimeters of play is normal. There is a fault if the plate can be moved several centimeters.

In the event of a fault, the pin (cam) on the plate for the drive cable is broken.
