Brake Lamp: Service and Repair

63 25 000 - Removing and installing/replacing auxiliary brake light





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove panel for rear lid





Release nuts (1), gripping the threaded pin (2) with a suitable tool in so doing.
Remove springs (3).
Press auxiliary brake light at threaded pin (2) outwards and remove.
Disconnect plug connection.

Installation:
- Make sure auxiliary brake light seal is correctly seated
- Tighten nuts (1) from inside outwards
- Observe tightening torque, 63 25 1AZ 63 25 Stop/Brake Lights
