66 20 508 - Removing and installing (replacing) control unit (Park Distance Control)





Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection) 61 35 ... Notes on ESD Protection (Electro Static Discharge).





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove right luggage compartment wheel arch trim





Cut through cable ties (1).
Disconnect plug connections (2) and remove control unit (3) towards top.

Installation Note:
Replace cable ties (1).
Make sure control unit (3) is securely seated.





Replacement:
Carry out programming/coding Programming and Relearning.
