Power Trunk / Liftgate Hazard Sensor: Service and Repair

61 31 385 - Removing and installing/replacing tilt sensor for automatic rear lid actuation





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove roofliner.





Disconnect electrical plug connection (1).





Release screws (1) on cover (2) and remove cover (2).





Detach cable straps (1).
Unclip tilt sensor (2) in direction of arrow and feed out of roof.
