52 14 198 Rear Panel on Left or Right Front Seat Backrest

52 14 198 - Removing and installing or replacing rear panel on left or right front seat backrest





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- With rear cabin entertainment optional extra only:
Remove rear cabin monitor trim Left Or Right Rear Cabin Monitor Trim





Operation is shown on the left seat. When removing from the right seat, transpose the pull and striking sides accordingly.
1. Grip between rear panel and backrest cover on tunnel side until clip can be felt (do not pull).
2. At same time, firmly punch towards middle of seat on inner side (tunnel side) at top.
Upper retainers spring out of seat guide.
3. Pull rear panel up out of lower guides.





With ambient light optional extra only:
Unlock plug connection (1) for ambient light and disconnect.





Installation:
Rear panel and clips must not be damaged.
