Start Menu For Test Procedure Of The Independent Heating

[1] Select fault pattern
In the event of malfunctions and customer complaints that are not documented by a fault memory entry, selection of a corresponding fault pattern can start a diagnosis for the fault pattern.

Examples of fault patterns are:
- Malfunction of the timer function
- Malfunction in hand-held Telestart transmitter
- Noises during independent heater operation
- Smoke development during independent heater operation

[2] Guided diagnosis through the independent heating system
On selection of the guided diagnosis, you are guided systematically through all the possible causes of a malfunction.

[3] Perform independent heating system test
On selection of the system test, an automatic test mode of the independent heating is activated.

[4] Service functions
After selection of this item, the service functions
- Initializing the Telestart transmitter
- Unlocking independent heating
can be executed. The purpose of the service functions is not analysis and no diagnosis codes are output.

[5] External peripherals
After selection of this menu item, there is the possibility for test purposes to specifically activate external components necessary for independent heater operation.

The possible components are:
- Metering pump
- Changeover valve
- Circulating pump
