Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
RPM too high by 200 rpm (K_LLR_DIAG_N_ZU_GROSS)
and idle controller at lower travel stop for 9 sec.
(K_LLR_DIAG_T)
Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
none

Condition for fault memory entry
9 sec.

Action in service
1. Check for leaks between idle actuator and engine block,
replace gasket as indicated
2. Check individual throttle valves for opening gap

No closed-loop idle control
MIL after engine runs 2x
