Telephone Contacts Cannot Be Deleted from the CIC

All vehicles produced from 8/17/08 equipped with SA 609 CIC and SA 639 (BMW Assist) or ZPP

SITUATION
Telephone contacts that were transferred to the CIC (Car Information Computer) from the handset cannot be deleted via the CIC.

CAUSE
Normal CIC operation

PROCEDURE
The customer should delete the contact from the telephone handset. The next time the telephone is synchronized with the vehicle, the contact list will be updated in the CIC and the contact will be deleted.
