11 36 1AZ VANOS to inlet and exhaust camshafts (S85)
M12x1 Replace screws
Screws oiled at threads and heads
First pass: Jointing torque 20 Nm
Second pass: Angle of rotation 180°
Third pass Release screws
Fourth pass: Jointing torque 20 Nm
Final pass: Angle of rotation 180°

11 62 1AZ Exhaust manifold to cylinder head
Replace nuts
Coat screw connections with CRC copper paste
M6 10 Nm
M7 15 Nm
M8 23 Nm
