52 13 025 - Removing and installing/replacing left or right seat mechanism (normal/manual)

Replacement only:
- Remove seat cover for front seat
52 15 400 Seat Cover For Left or Right Front Seat (Sport/Manual)

- Remove seat belt tensioner
Service and Repair

- Remove control unit for seat heating
Service and Repair

Seat mechanism is supplied complete with corresponding drive units.





Unlock plug housing (3) and remove from holder.
Disengage wiring harnesses from flexmat.

Installation:
Make sure wiring harnesses are laid correctly.
Observe bending radius and do not lay wiring harnesses tensioned.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 10 05AZ [1][2]Seats.
Remove holder (2) for control unit.





Release screw (1).
Tightening torque 52 10 03AZ [1][2]Seats.
Remove belt buckle deflector trim (2).





Sport seat only:
Release screws (1).
Remove connection for thigh support.
