Flywheel: Service and Repair

11 22 500 - Removing and installing/replacing flywheel (S65)





Special tools required:






Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove transmission 23 00 018 Removing and Installing Transmission (GS6-53BZ).
- Remove clutch 21 21 500 Removing and Installing/Replacing Clutch (GS6-53BZ).





Secure flywheel (1) with special tools 11 9 263 and 11 9 260.






Installation:
Fit new flywheel screws.

Tightening torque: 11 22 1AZ [1][2]Flywheel.

Release flywheel screws with special tool 11 4 180.





Assemble engine.
