13 62 592 - Removing and installing/replacing pressure sensor on right intercooler (N63)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Read out fault memory of DME control unit.
- Switch off ignition
- Remove intake duct.





Unclip Bowden cable for engine bonnet/hood actuator from transverse reinforcement (1).
Detach A/C line from holder.
Unscrew left and right bolts.
Tightening torque 51 71 4AZ Specifications.
Remove cross-brace (1).





Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Release screws (2).
Tightening torque 13 62 7AZ 13 62 Senders for Control Unit.
Pull pressure sensor (3) out of right intercooler.

Installation:
Replace sealing ring on pressure sensor.





Installation:
Now clear the fault memory.
