to positive or ground

Fault description
The diagnostic function monitors the wake-up wire to the
junction box electronics.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The fault is recognized when the wake-up wire has a short
circuit.

- Defect in wake-up wire from IBS to junction box
electronics

Condition for fault memory entry
This fault is logged in the control module's fault memory if
it remains present for longer than 20 sec.
