Fault description
The diagnostic function monitors the lambda factor's
deviation from the specified value.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The fault is recognized when the monitored lambda is too
lean by a factor of 0.09 relative to the specified lambda
excess-air factor.
Potential problem source(s):
- Defect in wiring harness
- Oxygen sensor faulty

Condition for fault memory entry
The diagnostic fault code is logged when specified
