DMTL leak diagnosis pump, activation: Short circuit to B+

Fault description
The diagnostic function monitors the electrical connection
between the DME and the leakage diagnosis pump.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The fault is recognized when a control signal is transmitted
to the leakage diagnosis pump and a short circuit to positive
is present.
Potential problem source(s):
- Defect in wiring harness
- Defective leakage diagnosis pump
Terminal condition: none
Voltage condition:
- Electrical system voltage > 10 V
Temperature condition:
- None
Time condition:
- None
Other conditions:
- none

Condition for fault memory entry
The diagnostic fault code is logged when the fault persists
for longer than 200 ms.

Action in service
- Check wiring harness between DME and DMTL
- Replace DMTL
