Radiator shutter, bottom, electric: short circuit to ground

Fault description
The diagnostic function monitors electric activation of the
solenoid valve for the radiator vent slat assembly.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The fault is recognized when a short circuit to ground is
present during transmission of a control-activation signal to
the radiator vent slat solenoid valve.
Potential problem source(s):
- Wiring harness defective
Terminal condition: none
Voltage condition:
- Electrical system voltage > 10 V
Temperature condition:
- None
Time condition:
- None
Other conditions:
- Engine on

Condition for fault memory entry
This fault is logged in the control module's fault memory if
it remains present for longer than 4 sec.
