Fault text
DME, internal fault, oxygen sensor before catalytic
converter 2: initialization fault

Fault description
The diagnostic function monitors the period that elapses
prior to initialization of the internal oxygen sensor
controller.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The fault is recognized when the time to initialization is
greater than 100 sec.
Potential problem source(s):
- DME defective
Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
- Electrical system voltage > 10.97 V
Temperature condition:
- None
Time condition:
- None
Other conditions:
- none

Condition for fault memory entry
This fault is logged in the control module's fault memory if
it remains present for longer than 120 sec.

Action in service
- Replace DME
