65 77 720 Removing And Installing (replacing) Left B-pillar Sensor







WARNING:
Note airbag safety instructions.
Incorrect handling can lead to airbag deployment and cause injury.







Necessary preliminary work:
- Disconnect battery cable
- Remove trim panel for door post.







Release screw (3).
Tightening torque 65 77 3AZ.
Feed out the B-pillar sensor (1) downwards.
Unlock plug connection (4) and disconnect.

Installation note:
Make sure sensor (1) is mounted without play.
Replace sheet metal nut (2), if applicable.
