Removing and Installing Radiator

17 11 000 Removing and installing radiator (N63, S63)





Warning!
Danger of scalding!
Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.





Important!
Wear safety goggles and protective gloves.

Necessary preliminary tasks:
^ Remove underbody protection
^ Follow instructions for working on cooling system





^ Remove fan cowl
^ Drain coolant
^ Unlock and detach coolant hoses on radiator
^ Release radiator air duct. Do not remove air duct.





Release screws.

Remove cover (1).





Remove radiator (1) towards top.
