      Check "check control" messages. Check indicator and warning lights.

      Heater/ AC blower motor: Check operation.
    Coolant
      Engine coolant fluid level and concentration. Record freeze point temperature.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Brake System connections and lines: check for leaks, damage and correct positioning.
    Body and Frame
      Body corrosion. Underbody (all visible parts): check for damage leaks, corrosion.
    Battery
      State of battery charge ("magic eye"), recharge if needed.
    Air Bag Systems
      SRS airbag units (visual) for torn covers, obvious damage or attachment of stickers.
