Oil Supply

Oil pressure switch
The oil pressure switch switches the input of the DDE control unit to ground if the oil pressure falls short of a certain value. In response, the DDE control unit causes the instrument panel to switch on the oil pressure warning light.

Oil condition sensor (not MINI)
The oil condition sensor registers the quality and level of the engine oil.
