61 31 214 Removing And Installing/Replacing Switch For Electronic Damper Control (Sport Switch)







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove trim for gear selector switch







Release screws (1).
Raise trim (2) slightly.







IMPORTANT: Plug connection (1) must not be disconnected.

Unlock switch for Electronic Damper Control (2) and remove downwards from trim.

Installation:
Make sure switch for Electronic Damper Control (2) engages correctly on trim.







Remove gear selector switch carrier (3).
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Feed wiring harness (2) in direction of arrow out of gear selector switch carrier (3) and remove switch for Electronic Damper Control.
