52 26 020 Removing And Installing/Replacing Backrest For Left Or Right Rear Seat







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove trim on C-pillar on left or right
- Remove rear seat







Right backrest:

NOTE:
Use a short Torx attachment to release screw (1).
- Release screw (1). Tightening torque: 52 26 04AZ.
- Fold backrest forwards slightly (2)
- Pull backrest forwards and outwards out of centre mount (3)







Left backrest:
- Release screw (1).
Tightening torque: 52 26 04AZ.
- Fold backrest forwards slightly (3)
- Pull backrest forwards and outwards out of centre mount (4)
