63 12 140 Removing and Installing (Replacing) Left Headlight With LED Technology

63 12 140 Removing and installing (replacing) left headlight with LED technology







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front bumper panel







Lever out expanding rivets (1) on engine compartment lid seal (2).







Remove seal for engine compartment lid (2) on left.
Release screws (1) on headlight (3) at top.
Tightening torque 63 12 1AZ.







Release screws (1) on headlight (2) at bottom.
Tightening torque 63 12 1AZ.







Pull out headlight (1) in direction of arrow slightly.







Disconnect plug connection (1) on headlight (2) and remove headlight.







Replacement only:
- Modify LED main light module
- Modify LED cornering light module
- Modify both LED fans







Installation note:
Adjust headlight.
