SITUATION
The navigation system cannot be activated when entering the 20-digit INITIAL enabling code manually. This occurs after the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for the vehicle was already performed and finished.

CAUSE
The wrong 20-digit "enabling code" was entered during the first attempt; the Headunit-High locks up and the correct "enabling code" will not be accepted.

CORRECTION
Do not replace any parts.

Perform a battery reset and then re-enter the correct 20-digit INITIAL enabling code.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Use the letter "O" and letter "I" when entering the enabling code. The numbers "0" (zero) and "1" (one) are NOT used or included in the 20-digit enabling code.
