Headunit-Basic: All CD Tracks Are Displayed as "track 0" After Restart

Situation
When the vehicle was turned off in CD mode and the Headunit-Basic (HU-B), also called Radio Professional or ENTRY head unit, has entered sleep mode (approx. 6 minutes), all CD audio tracks are displayed as "track 0" in the CD menu list after restarting the vehicle.
Album title and artist name are displayed correctly.
CAUSE
Software error in the HU-B
INFORMATION
Do not replace parts and do not perform a repair attempt!
Note:
The issue is rectified after a different CD is inserted into the in-dash CD drive.
Explain to the customer that this only happens when the vehicle is turned off with CD mode active.
This Service Information will be updated as soon as a solution is available. Software solution is expected to be available with ISTA/P 2.50.1 in July 2013.
