Wiring Harness Replacement - Rear Door

Removal Procedure





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Aztek) (Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Aztek))Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Rendezvous) (Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Rendezvous)) .
3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the rear door rubber conduit from the rear door. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Rear Door (Rubber Conduit Replacement - Rear Door) .
5. Disconnect the rear door wiring harness connectors from all the accessories.
6. Disconnect the rear door wiring harness rosebud retainers from the inner rear door panel.
7. Remove the rear door wiring harness from the rear door.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear door wiring harness to the rear door.
2. Connect the rear door wiring harness rosebud retainers to the inner rear door panel.
3. Connect the rear door wiring harness connectors to all the accessories.
4. Install the rear door rubber conduit from the rear door. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Rear Door (Rubber Conduit Replacement - Rear Door) .
5. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair) .
6. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Aztek) (Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Aztek))Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Rendezvous) (Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door (Rendezvous)) .
7. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
