- Symptoms - Sunroof/Moonroof

SYMPTOMS

IMPORTANT: Complete the following procedures before using the symptom tables.
1. Perform Diagnostic Starting Point - Sunroof/Moonroof in order to verify that all of the following conditions are true:
- No DTCs are set.
- The control modules can communicate via the serial data link. Diagnostic Starting Point - Sunroof/Moonroof
2. Review the system operation in order to learn the system functions. Refer to Sunroof Description and Operation .

Visual/Physical Inspection
- Inspect for aftermarket devices which can affect the operation of the power sunroof system.
- Inspect the accessible system components for obvious damage or for conditions which can cause the symptom.

Intermittent
Bad electrical connections or wiring may cause intermittent conditions.

Symptom List
Refer to a symptom diagnostic procedure from the following list in order to diagnose the symptom:
- Power Sunroof Inoperative
- Retained Accessory Power (RAP) On After Timeout in Accessory Delay Module, if the power sunroof should operate longer than the RAP timeout.
