Multifunction Switch - Overhead Console

MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD CONSOLE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the overhead console screws.
2. Grasp the overhead console and pull downward in order to disengage the fasteners. Refer to Console Replacement - Overhead in Interior Trim.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the overhead console.




4. Remove the multi-function switch (5) by using pliers in order to compress the retainers while pulling the switch away from the housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Snap the multi-function switch (5) into the opening in the overhead console.




2. Connect the electrical connectors.
3. Align the overhead console within the vehicle.
4. Install the overhead console.
