Fuel Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler cap.
3. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer toFuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Rendezvous) (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the screws from the fuel filler door.
5. Remove the fuel filler door from the vehicle.




6. Remove the fuel filler cap from the fuel filler door.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the fuel filler cap to the fuel filler door.




2. Position the fuel filler door to the vehicle.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.


3. Install the fuel filler door screws.

Tighten the fuel filler door screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the fuel filler pocket. Refer toFuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Rendezvous) (Service and Repair) .
5. Install the fuel filler cap.
6. Close the fuel filler door.
