No Full Throttle 3-2 Downshift

1. Wrong, improperly adjusted or binding T.V. cable or link.

2. Accelerator pedal and/or linkage will not open carburetor to wide open throttle position.

3. Binding shift T.V. or throttle valve.

4. Spacer plate holes plugged and/or gaskets damaged or mispositioned.
