A/T - THM 350 Cracked Case

SUBJECT: THM 350 CRACKED CASE

PROBLEM:
At cold temperature only; high line pressure, high shift points, or none, cracked rear case (as in 350)

CAUSE:
Condensation enters modulator, either in the vacuum line, or through the metal housing, and freezes, so the modulator valve cannot move. This causes line pressure to go out of sight.

CURE:




Put two drops of antifreeze down the vacuum orifice, as shown, thus winterizing your modulator. (Use a cattle syringe, or equivalent instrument)
