Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Loosen alternator and power steering bracket bolt, then remove drive belt.
3. Remove inner fender splash shield, then remove crankshaft pulley bolts and pulley.

INSTALLATION
1. Position pulley onto crankshaft sprocket. Using a suitable sealer, coat threads of pulley bolts and install onto pulley. Torque bolts to 15 ft. lbs.
2. Install splash shield.
3. Install alternator and power steering belt, then connect battery ground cable.
