Part Number 1948791 bearing lubricant has been used for many years in all types of Delcotron Generators, Motor-Generators, and D.C. Generators.
The color of the lubricant is being changed from tan with a green cast, to a lubricant that is pink in color. The two are completely compatible, and can be mixed together in the same bearing.
The new pink lubricant retains the same qualities as the old tan lubricant, and will continue to be packaged under Part Number 1948791.
