Poor Fuel Economy

1. Perform thorough visual inspection as outlined in ``Intermittent Condition Diagnosis.''
2. Check for defective or improperly installed thermostat.
3. Perform ``Diagnostic Circuit Check'' as outlined.
4. Inspect air filter and replace as needed.
5. Inspect A/C compressor clutch control circuit.
6. Check TCC operation.
7. Check Ignition timing and ensure ignition system components are satisfactory.
8. Check exhaust system for restriction.
