The following illustrations show early and late checkball locations.

Also illustrated are air checking procedures for the input clutch, second clutch, third clutch, and fourth clutch.
Note on the air checking procedures, the illustration of the 11th clutch air check. Use regulated pressure (approximately 25 psi) to prevent damage to the 4th lip seals, since the piston can travel the full length of the bore.
It is also recommended that regulated air pressure be used to check both servos as shown. (approximately 25 psi)
