System Operates Only at Maximum A/C

1. Set for "85." If system remains at maximum A/C, refer to "Diagnosis, Temperature Door Actuator." If system switches to heat, proceed as follows:
a. Check for short circuit in ambient temperature or in-car sensors.
b. Check for installation of incorrect sensors.
c. Check for shorted wiring at sensor connections.
d. Check for mis-calibrated control panel (if new sensors have been installed, and panel is recalibrated).
2. If no problems are detected as noted in step 1, refer to "Diagnosis, Temperature Door Actuator."
