MODELS AFFECTED: 1986 LESABRES

NOTICE: This bulletin supersedes Bulletin 86-6-9 dated April, 1986. Please discard 86-6-9 and replace with this revision which provides an additional bracket part number necessary to make this repair.

If a vibration or shudder on acceleration from 1-10 mph occurs on some of the above vehicles, the right rear engine mount and brackets should be loosened to relieve any stress situation in this area that may have been introduced at the time of assembly. If movement occurs when loosened, the mount and brackets should be retightened and the car road tested to see if the vibration still exists. If it does, installation of the following mount and brackets will greatly reduce the vibration:

Mount 14074042
Bracket, To Frame 14074044
